A Minor Flaw

When our friends bought their very own house last year, they got it for a cheaper price because the garage floor needs some fixing. The previous owners ran out of time to fix it so they just lowered the price and left it as is. They said some buyers were discouraged when they saw it but our friends took it as a challenge. They went ahead, bought the house and fixed the floor. And because they did it themselves, they were able to save a lot of money! And I must say they did a great job because the floor looks flawless.
