I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband. Even though he works a ton of hours, he still shares household chores with me. I know I have it better than most of my friends, and I appreciate everything my husband does for the kids and I. We bought a new home last week, and we have been trying to get everything together for the move. We split up the tasks so that things could move along faster. I tried to give him the easier tasks, but he insisted on carrying his weight. I got to do the easier stuff like go to www.homesecurityfamily.com and set up our home alarm system, while he did all of the heavy lifting and hung up all the paintings and other decorations. I felt so bad at the end of the day, because he was so tired! The worst part was that the following day he had to pull a 12 hour shift at the hospital. I tried to make up for it by cooking a fancy dinner for him, but he was so sleepy he couldn’t even stay up to enjoy it. 

My husband collects recipes. Lately, he took a liking for grilling cookbooks with great smoker recipes. So for the love of great food, I looked around for bbq smokers. Whether oak, maple, or mesquite… with his wood smoker, he can grill meat the way he wants it.
