I think… the funkiest birthday present I ever got was a Teacup Orchid plant! I mean it’s a real live fuchsia orchid that still flowers a year later. It’s just the sweetest thing! Everytime I water it, I’m reminded of the giver’s love—my dear husband.  It sits on my office desk and it’s quite therapeutic especially on harried workdays. So this year on my birthday, if anyone of you out there is thinking of getting me a present, another teacup orchid plant would be much appreciated!
