Expand Your Assets
July 26, 2010For investors out there who are looking for ways to expand their assets, you might want to look into precious metal investing. The demand for gold, silver and other precious metals is continuously increasing. As a matter of fact, the world demand for silver now exceeds annual production. Which means only one thing, as the demand continue to go up and so is the price. That’s why there’s no better time to invest in precious metals than right now. So for those wanting to buy gold bullion and silver coins, you should check out the United States Gold Bureau. They offer competitive prices and all the necessary information you need to start your own precious metal portfolio.
It’s Sorting Time!
July 23, 2010We’re moving to a new apartment in two weeks time that’s why I already started sorting our stuff so I’ll know which ones we’re keeping and which ones are to be donated or sent back home in our balikbayan box. So far I am done sorting hubby’s closet. Actually, it only took me an hour to sort his stuff because he doesn’t have that much clothes. He’s the kind of guy who doesn’t really care much about dressing up. I tried giving him some basic lessons on men’s clothing though but it didn’t work. I guess I’m not convincing enough. But anyway, there’s also an advantage because if he’s into clothes and all that, well, I will have to spend more hours just sorting his stuff.
Friday Food Fun: Summer Produce
Lots of people have summer vegetable gardens or fruit orchards. Tell me about your garden or orchard if you have one.
Well, I don’t have a garden of my own because we don’t have the space for it but my friends D&M have one on their backyard and I sometimes help them tend it. So for this meme, I am going to talk about their garden.
1. What do you grow? They grow squash, tomatoes, grapes, bell peppers, corn, eggplant, and so much more!
2. Do you like everything you grow or is there some stuff you grow only for other people? I like all of them and I’m really glad because D&M would always share their produce to me.
3. What are some of your favorite dishes to make with fresh produce (if the recipes are simple, include them)? Stir fry veggie!
4. Is there anything you love fresh that you won’t eat if it’s not fresh? Cucumbers.
5. Are there things you have planted in the past that you no longer plant because you think that store-bought is good enough considering the work you have to do for fresh? None so far.
Envisioning My Future
Here’s another interesting quiz from Blogthings. The question is: What do you envision for your future? And based on the illustration I chose, the result says I’m SEEING OPTIMISM IN MY FUTURE! You bet I am!

Five years from now, your life will be improving rapidly. You will be reaching new and exciting challenges. Your life is fine right now, but you’re laying the groundwork to make it better. You are paying your dues.
Ten years from now, you’ll be living an amazing life - one close to the life you’ve always dreamed of. By staying hopeful and proactive, you will be able to chart your own course.
Investing Securely
July 22, 2010Investing your hard-earned money can be daunting and confusing. You’ve worked hard for it and seeing it vanish in thin air is the last thing you would want to happen. That is why if you’re looking for a good investment, you might want to look into precious metals investing. There may never be a better time to buy gold coins or silver than right now. When all investments significantly decrease in value, gold remains high in value all the time.
To learn more about precious metal investing, I suggest you check out the websie of the United States Gold Bureau. They offer precious metals in competitive prices plus they have all the information you need to succeed in this business.
I So Agree!
July 19, 2010“All of us have something in our past that we regret doing… it may have been an honest mistake, a moral failure, or a foolish decision… we wish it hadn’t, but it remains in our mind and often drags us down… but life doesn’t have to be that way… while the past remains part of our lives, it doesn’t determine our future… So, better look ahead and prepare than to look back and despair…”
