Two years ago, I gave hubby an ab workout machine on his birthday to “somehow” help tone his bulging tummy. Two years after,  his tummy is still bulging as ever. LOL! That proves that even with all the available fitness equipment in the world today, if you don’t have the motivation and determination, nothing will happen if you don’t act on it. So right now, his ab workout machine serves as a coat hanger in our spare room and only time will tell how long it will stay that way.
