A Minor Flaw
November 3, 2009When our friends bought their very own house last year, they got it for a cheaper price because the garage floor needs some fixing. The previous owners ran out of time to fix it so they just lowered the price and left it as is. They said some buyers were discouraged when they saw it but our friends took it as a challenge. They went ahead, bought the house and fixed the floor. And because they did it themselves, they were able to save a lot of money! And I must say they did a great job because the floor looks flawless.

November 2, 2009Since we subscribed to TFCnow, MIL and I had been staying up late to watch our fave teleseryes. Sometimes we would stay up until 1am! Yup, we are this hooked. Good thing we have the best eye wrinkle cream on our side so no matter how late we stay up, we still look fresh and pretty in the morning. Haha! Anyway, I have to cut this short. It’s getting late and I need to prepare a hearty meal for the whole fam. See you in a bit!
