Eat Slowly!
November 9, 2009I was checking wall updates at FaceBook when I saw this very interesting link shared by my schoolmate Issa. It’s all about how eating slowly will help weight control. According to the study conducted by researchers, results showed that eating too fast will block hormones that make you feel full.
The scientists conclude that “eating at a physiologically moderate pace leads to a more pronounced anorexigenic gut peptide [appetite reduction] response than eating very fast.”
So my friend, if you don’t want to get fat or you want to maintain your figure, be sure to savor your food and eat slowly! Otherwise, you will end up buying phentermine diet pills just to get back into shape.
