Time Zone Confusion

Is there anybody out there who can help me reset my time zone setting in the i.ph platform? My blog posts still reflects Philippine time and it’s really confusing because I’m like 13 hours behind. I’ve already checked out the settings page but I couldn’t find the time zone tab. Suggestions anyone?
