One and Only in the Philippines

Last Sunday, I got so fascinated with Rated K's topic. They featured 3 places in the Philippines which is considered as "one and only" in the country. Here they are: 

 Palawan is the one and only province in the Philippines that has not been hit by an earthquake!

 Bantayan, Cebu is the one and only place in the Philippines permitted by the Catholic Church to eat meat during Good Friday.

 Sulu is the one and only province in the Philippines that has not been hit by a typhoon!

ey, did they explain why Bantayan, Cebu is the one and only place in the Philippines permitted by the Catholic Church to eat meat during Good Friday? wonder why… but the heck, even if it’s not permitted with the rest of the country, most of us still does.

Because Good Friday is their town fiesta. They are sick and tired of eating fish all year round that is why they want to eat meat during the fiesta.
